Miseen scene: Stranger Things `

 lighting = the forest is very dark and steamy. This portrays to the audience that something will appear. This also suggests that in the opening scene something will occur. finally ,  the misty atmosphere shows that something dangerous had been released and it will cause alot of harm and distrupt towards the ending on the movie.

costumes = the teenage boys wear normal clothes  to show the audience to show that the monster will think they are normal teenage kids walking down the street.

Setting = this is a set in a town

denotation = i can see a upset boy. Behind him seems to be a mud house. the writing in the picture says dig toilets not graves . Clearly, the water issue suggests that they seem unhealthy. I can also see a hut and a tree in the background. the boy is also wearing a blue pringles t shirt. In the top left corner of the image i can see that there is a brand called water aid . connotation= The writing may suggest that that the boy is suffering from the issue of toilets and not being able to flush them. The image of the boy shows that he is feeling sad due to this issue. analysis= the author thinks that we should donate money to this charity and hope they get toilets and they have a healthy life.

  1)  List any tasks you have that are missing or incomplete. reception theory blog tasks , audience effects theory blue planet , index so far , camera movement and editing 2)  Reflect on your tracker/feedback and write what you need to do this week to get your tracker all green or improve your work in GCSE Media.
